The Marq sets another record high!

$6,850psf... The wife and I cannot even begin to phantom the notion of paying that kind of money for an apartment (not that we have that kind of money in the first place), even if the development comes with club library/lounge where they serve drinks, concierge service and furnishings by Hermes.

Same but different..?

Do the two projects look architectually similar to you?

The wife and I were told that they look somewhat alike.

For the record, the picture on the left is an artist impression of The Viridian - a new project in Balestier. The one on the right was the artist impression of The MarQ - a completed project along Paterson Road.

Maybe a photo of what The MarQ actually looks like will provide a better impression?

We'll let you be the judge. Have a great weekend!
