Do the two projects look architectually similar to you?

For the record, the picture on the left is an artist impression of The Viridian - a new project in Balestier. The one on the right was the artist impression of The MarQ - a completed project along Paterson Road.
Maybe a photo of what The MarQ actually looks like will provide a better impression?
