The June edition of Kim Eng Research's "The Real Deals" had featured ECs and condo projects in Buangkok/Sengkang. It also provided the average monthly selling prices (from June 2009 to May 2011) of three projects around the area, i.e.
The Rivervale &
Park Green (ECs) and
The Quartz (condo).
The report is slightly more than 2 months old, but it still make for some interesting read.
