No too big a surprise here, but it just reinforced the notion that it pays to go "mass market"...
The wife and I have to double-check on this, but at first glance, the top 10 projects with the best rental yields (i.e. more then 10 rental contracts signed and over 10 resale transactions) are all more than 10 years old.
