Initially called Bishan II (working name), Sky Vue is located next-door to CapitaLand's other upcoming project - Sky Habitat.
The wife and I understand that the show units and sales gallery are ready and official launch of Sky Vue is expected within the next 2 to 3 weeks.

ReplyDeleteDevelopers dropping 10 ~ 20% for the New launches compared to last quarter. This started creating downward pressure in the Resale market.
ReplyDeleteExpected Resale prices to decline atleast 5% in this quarter.
Big drop in private transactions for Sep'13. Less than 500units transacted which shows that the market sales is consistently dropping from month on month.
